All stories, poems and creative works published on GigglesNews.com are published using fun pen names only.

We do not intentionally publish children's real names alongside their creative work.

Our use of pen names allows children to enjoy writing with confidence while protecting their identity.

By submitting work to GigglesNews.com or GiggleyStories™, the writer (or their parent, guardian or school where appropriate) grants GigglesNews.com and GiggleyStories™ a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

publish;
display;
reproduce;
archive;
distribute;
promote;
feature;
translate;
edit for spelling, grammar, formatting or length;
include the work in websites, mobile applications, books, magazines, educational resources, competitions, exhibitions and promotional material.

The writer retains copyright in their original work.
